Your account and content
Your verified identity, name and email identify your account. We store the profile, advertisements, uploaded photos, saved listings, payment references and contact messages you provide to operate the service.
Your advertisements
Contact details you add to an advertisement can be revealed to signed-in readers. Share only information you want potential customers to use.
Payments and embedded media
The payment provider handles card details. This website stores payment references, not card numbers. Mixlr and YouTube connect to their services when their players are used. Their privacy policies also apply.
Your choices
Your theme preference is stored on your device. Station updates require an opt-in. Use the contact page to request a copy, correction or removal of your information, or to unsubscribe. The station will confirm its official retention periods and operator details before public launch.
Messages, presence and verification
Buyer–seller conversations, ticket bookings and seller-entered sales records are stored to provide your workspace. Conversation access is restricted to its participants. When enabled, your recent activity can show an online status; you can hide it in Profile. SMS verification uses Twilio Verify. Google Maps or OpenStreetMap connects when you load a map. Payment checkout uses Stripe or PayPal when configured.
Location and editorial content
Approximate locations and listing FAQs are public. Phone and WhatsApp details require sign-in. Automated news uses original summaries with source links; generated illustrations are labelled. Contact the station about corrections or data requests.
Family notices, documents and invoices
Approved Ninaivosai notices, portraits and the family contact phone are public. Pending notices and correction reasons are restricted to the family account and authorized station reviewers. Requested verification and payment proofs are private and are deleted after the relevant review decision. OCR processes Tamil and English scans on your device. Verified payments create a private invoice available to the account owner and authorized administrators.
