Memorial terms
Care, accuracy and family permission come first.
Family permission
One appointed family member must provide accurate information and hold permission for the notice, photograph and public contact number. Agents may not publish announcements.
Announcement content
Only obituary, funeral and remembrance information is accepted. Advertising, promotional material, website addresses and email addresses are prohibited. Family phone numbers are allowed.
Verification and pending status
All notices and corrections remain pending until family details, content and any payment are verified. The station may request limited identity or address evidence when necessary. Upload these only through the private document control when requested.
Service targets
The selected package sets the display duration and review target. Standard review targets 3–5 hours; faster packages target their stated time after complete information and verified payment. Additional verification can extend this time. Payment never guarantees unverified or immediate publication.
Corrections and ownership
The family account edits its own notice and explains each correction. Changes return for review and the reason appears in its dashboard. The station does not rewrite family announcements. A staff-entered paper copy requires confirmation by its assigned family account.
Payments and invoices
Prices are in Canadian dollars. PayPal is available when connected. Cash and bank transfers remain pending until the station confirms receipt. Verified paid orders receive a PDF invoice in Payments. Contact the station with the order reference for cancellation or refund requests.
Images, documents and scans
Public portraits are visible to readers. Verification and payment documents are private to the family account and authorized station reviewers, and are deleted after the relevant review decision. OCR reads Tamil and English scans on your device; the family must correct any recognition mistakes before submission.
Dates and display period
Browse announcements by date. Paid display days begin on the approved display date; a late approval moves the first display date forward. Earlier approved pages remain available by their link while published. Renewal requires a new package and review.
